About me

Together with an incredible team distributed across the globe, I scaled IT talent marketplace MVP Match to profitable €1+m monthly revenue, 30 ppl, 70+ clients (Visa, Henkel, BSH, PwC, Klarna, WeFox, Grover, Taxfix & more) and 4500 talents in less than 2 years. Continuing this journey on a mission to match the world's builders and visionaries to create a better future.

A few random facts about me:

Growing up on a farm, I spent a few summers managing a 15 ppl team on a 6800ha farm during grain harvest.
I started my post-graduate career in 2016 in energy finance, to become a product manager in 2017 soon building software products with amazing distributed teams, enjoyed by thousands of active users. Working with remote teams ever since.
In 2020, I went on to build MVP Match. Since then we formed 500+ of successful software development teams. In the process I have seen 1500+ digital business models, their founders and C-Levels. I have personally screened 3500+ engineers, designers and product managers.
When I am not working, I love doing sports (weight training, Freeletics, running), spending time in nature, visiting art exhibitions, exploring restaurants, meeting inspiring new people from all kinds of backgrounds, listening to podcasts, reading, dancing to techno music.
I am fascinated by seemingly impossible challenges and the process of trying to master them. Adopting a growth mindset changed the way I look at life. It's not about reaching the end goal, but the hustle of getting there, the constant experiments and failures and the amazing learnings to take with you along the way.
