I onboarded the new Product Designer at Zavvy! Luckily, we're building an onboarding solution, so I could use our tool to prepare an onboarding journey that lets the new designer learn about workin... Prepared and ran an ideation workshop to find out which different kinds of meetings are happening while onboarding new hires. I began working as Product Designer at Zavvy! Really looking forward to working with the talented people there I conducted a workshop to figure out what – and especially, what not – to include in an early MVP
