Researched no-code chatbot tools today. Seems like some good open source options alongside the usual suspects like Amazon, Google and Microsoft. Need to decide where to start though... my software engineering head says do requirements definition and planning but my practitioner heart says just pick a tool and start playing! Probably going to do the latter :-)
