Held a talk
Now, what did I learn about #agile, #customercentricity, #scrum, and #agilein general at #inno40com?

🥯 Well first, the milling industry earns #hartverdientebrötchen as we say in #germany - #innovation is hard work for Michael Gusko.

📉 Digitec Galaxus AG works with #initiatives, everyone can fill a backlog full of ideas & management will prioritize the backlog according to their strategy. Thanks a lot for this learning Michael Sommerhalder.

🧰 Schneider Electric puts #usercentricity always first & this is something they’ve been doing for a very long time -https://lnkd.in/eAUqG-kA gave an interesting speech about that.

🔫 When it comes to combating the #notinventedheresymdrom, Silke Finkens research at the International School of Management, Germanyshows that #theresnosilverbullet but one always has to #bridgethegap for constant success. #failingculture is crucial to be able to learn & become better.

📱As for the Deutsche Telekom - Stjepan Podgajski enlightened me with this awesome idea to visualize processes for the #horizon1innovationopportunities that might get lost in the chaos of workflows…

Tanja Hardt & Sven Hardt - you two did an awesome job to assemble & organize this day & the talks you chose to be presented where perfectly matched to each other. #kudos

This is just a small insight into what I learned, but there were more speakers who I didn’t mention in detail, but also had brilliant talks - thanks to everyone for making this a truly interesting day - Mehmet Perk, Dr. Lothar Kaiser, Lejla Vulovic, Joern Bruecker and Emely Übler

In case you want to take a look into what I was doing there, I added the presentation. For now just with music, but as soon as I can access the video I’ll be uploading this as well…
