I'm creating a new team at LHV to build their UK bank. I'm looking for people who want to get in at start of something without the risk of joining a startup.
But who are LHV I hear you ask silently? Well, we're the third largest bank in Estonia and are valued at over €1.4bn on the baltic stock exchange. We were recently voted the top employer in Estonia. The UK branch is fairly new (we just celebrated our first birthday 🎂) and are growing steadily. Whilst in Estonia we are a conventional retail bank in the UK we operate as a B2B, providing banking as a service to over 180 fintech's, allowing them focus on their own business. Our clients include Coinbase, Wise and Monese to name a few.
