Advertising Process Lead


I am so thankful to my department director for promoting me to a new role in the company, as the "Advertising Process Manager"!

In this role, I am primarily responsible for driving operational excellence through efficiencies in processes and workflows across the business - review, evolve, innovate, how the business operates and ensure the business is always ready to adapt to the market and ensures the business operates in a compliant manner at all times.

My responsibilities:

. Build strong relationships with all stakeholders
· Support each department in analyzing inefficient processes and workflows and provide improvements
· Map departmental processes, dependencies and systems
· Identify interdepartmental challenges and provide a business case for review
· Develop plans for business transformation initiatives
· Support the definition and management of operational KPIs such as SLAs across all departments
· Assess project solutions that impact operations to ensure it has the best business outcome
· Reviewing the processes of each department to ensure all critical processes are documented
· Ensure all critical business IP is documented, centrally stored, have proper change management and version control, and have the proper security
· Assist in the digital transformation of processes, tools and platforms across the business
· Assist in ensuring each operational solution is compliant with Sox and other audit and IT controls
· Assist in operations admin such as financial and operational modelling, payments and vendor management
