The Consumer, an American company providing maid services, required an ERP (enterprise resource planning) as their team and customer flow grew larger. There was a need for an effective software solution to effectively manage the working process.
To meet the Consumer's requirements, created an ERP system which allowed for the automatic optimization of resource distribution:
- The program ensures optimal schedule for cleaning teams, on the basis of the clients' addresses and the number of team members involved in one order.
- Minimizes the amount of expenses for every order.
After the ERP system had been released in production, the Customer decided to continue collaboration with Softgreat on another project: a mobile application for cleaning team members. The application will enable MoreHands staff to receive notifications with clients' addresses and relevant tasks on the go.
