I am a multi-lingual luxury hotel professional with more than 5 years experience in the hospitality industry in Italy, Spain and United Kingdom which have the highest hotel occupancy rates in the world. With my experience in working in 4 and 5 stars hotels and restaurants in key countries  in Europe, I've established the online travel platform Lokal Amico.

I am an excellent communicator, both written and oral in Spanish, Italian and English, with years of training in establishing strong relationship with clients and achieving client satisfaction through high quality service.

In my years in the hospitality industry, I have been exposed in different departments of the hotel operations such as VIP customer handling, reception, events, food and beverages and accounting. 

Having grown up in Italy, I enjoy cooking for my family and friends during my free time. I value health and fitness by doing sports. And, I also enjoy travelling and immersing myself in new cultures.
