What gets me up in the morning? Coffee. Strong coffee. After I've had my coffee, I get energized and excited about enabling my customers to leverage their product investments to solve their business problems. What does that look like? Lots of discovery and education phone calls, video conferences, emails, and occasionally in-person meetings where I get to see how my clients work day to day. I believe in A/B testing, strategizing, and refining processes to allow talent professionals to work smarter, not harder.

When I'm not talking about work, I like to talk about traveling and the national parks. I own an 23' motorhome with my husband and we are on a quest to visit all the continental US national parks. We have 3 left as of August 2021.
