I am a social impact and Web3 enthusiast, military spouse, and change agent with over ten years of experience in leading workplace inclusion strategies.

I am also a serial entrepreneur and impact-focused business leader with a passion for upskilling and hiring overlooked populations in tech. I co-founded two social impact startups, OweYaa and Essteem, which created opportunities for women, veterans, and people of color to enter the tech industry.

I am a strategist, community builder, and social impact leader who advocates for marginalized people to feel heard, seen and understood.

Through my consulting, The Curious Culture, I'm currently working with Web3 companies and communities to promote inclusivity and equity for marginalized stakeholders, especially for hiring and marketing.

I am building Web3Diversity an initiative to help web3 employers create a diversity-first hiring strategy, and #LadiesFirst, a community-driven NFT project that combines storytelling and art to highlight Black women who are "hidden figures" in their industries.
