Within 3 years company would start moving towards something recognisably agile.  Designed and built mission critical systems for Air Traffic Controllers, Airline systems staff, and Energy Traders, building multi-tier systems with both desktop and web clients, creating tools to aid testing, builds and deployments to automate error prone manual tasks.
