I’m the founder of PRLab, an integrated PR agency specialized in fast-growing tech startups and scaleups with presence in 4 markets. I have a rich Argentinean background and moved to Amsterdam at age 22 to become part of the booming tech scene. After a few years of working for startups and scaleups, I realized that the PR industry was essentially not cut out for fast-growing startups and scaleups.

The PR environment is old-fashioned and slow, so I decided to create a PR agency with a blueprint PR model only focused on fast-growing scaleups and startups, that would make the news happen instead of waiting for it to happen - helping companies to grow further with the power of PR.PRLab started as a meetup community where PR and Marketing professionals, or enthusiasts, shared their knowledge with one another.

Now the community has over 1400 members and became the biggest PR community of The Netherlands and gave me the necessary exposure to land our first paying clients who believed in our philosophy of openly sharing the behind the scenes of our strategies to achieve good results, instead of gatekeeping knowledge.

Whilst growing the agency, I wrote my first book - “The PR Paradox” which is available for download on Amazon.I developed the model myself and have helped over 100 companies to achieve great presence in the media landscape.I grew PRLab from a community-driven hub to the global agency it is today. With 23+ employees and operating from Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, with a new office in the US, all within 4 years.

Today, PRLab enjoys recognition for its innovative and data-driven approach to PR – a craft I am constantly perfecting.Over the years, I’ve nurtured PRLab from zero capital to over €1.5 million ARR (we’ve tripled growth year on year since our inception). This year we’re on track to achieve 5M in ARR in 2023. I’m proud to say that PRLab is now one of the fastest growing PR agencies in Europe with a physical presence in 4 markets, over 35 clients from all over the world and 13 nationalities in the team. Seen now as one of the top 10 PR Agencies of Western Europe.

PRLab is currently in a position where the agency can focus on making an impact in our community through probono work, more than anything, I want to keep building on the opportunities to make a positive difference in industry and society at large.
