As a scouting young leader at 1st Linton Scouts, I work with young people to develop their skills and confidence. I have 11 years of scouting experience and I help the adult leaders with meetings, camps and activities. I also attend training courses and events to improve my leadership and communication skills. I am passionate about scouting and its values.
