From Luxury leaders to Banks, Insurance Groups or Startups in all domains, I acquired a strong knowledge in many sectors and jobs by recruiting C-Level positions in France and Europe. During my last 10 years, I thought something was amiss in my job. I was struggling to find the right tools, keeping enough time to meet my candidates outside of the normal "headhunts"...In a fewer words, more human relations, less "Sales" meetings (not always very profitable). So I created Trusteez, a platform dedicated to HR, Headhunters AND Candidates. Headhunters (i.e. recruiting firms) can upload their best talents, the candidates they have strong relations with,. Companies can publish confidential jobs where all the headhunters on the platform can see, and send the best talents they have met/know, with all the necessary informations. Nothing new so far....besides the fact that Candidates have their own account and are the ones to chose their Headhunters (yes there can be only one).
