Spoke at IBM Spark Design Festival

Had the opportunity to speak during day 1 of the IBM design conference known as the "Spark Design Festival". I covered the topic "unleash your cross-functional design leadership by understanding code". Tech products have extremely high expectations from consumers. In order to meet those expectations, product teams need to operate more seamlessly between the various internal disciplines. My talk saught to provide examples of how teams could better become "one-team".
