- Trained 10+ staff members in OHNS, icebreaker games, and basic mentoring
- Led a group of 10+ students throughout the week while also coordinating all other groups
- Was the primary decision-maker for any last-minute problems or changes
- Led debriefs, collated learnings, and prepared for handover for the next year
