Over the past year I've been thinking a lot about Microservices Governance. Particularly, how do we as technologists align ourselves with the business value of the product we're responsible for.

So I built and launched The Slate. I figure the best way to turn tribal knowledge into organisational context, is to help facilitate the conversations around it, and to bring transparency to our services. 

This includes what architectural decisions we are making, and what impacts they will have.
