Granted a patent
The Smart Chute team was granted a patent!

Waste Chute Devices and Methods for Using the Same

Techstyle Haus is live! Techstyle Haus is the world’s first Passivhaus-certified house made with an entirely fabric enclosure. It was created for the 2014 Solar Decathlon competition, which challenged 20 student teams to design and construct a solar-powered house in Versailles, France. It currently resides in Domaine de Boisbuchet.

Proud to have spent the last 2 years working with this incredible student team to design, finance, and build Techstyle Haus.
