Currently managing two pods of aspiring technologists—each with 1 Product Manager, 1 Product Designer, and 2 Engineers. Each pod needs to launch a functioning product in 8 weeks 🚀

Pod products:
  1. Mobile-first social web app for connecting members in the LGBTQIA+ community focused on a safe, personalized, and trustworthy experience for fostering authentic relationships 🏳️‍🌈
  2. Mobile-first social and habit-forming web app, empowering people to live a more sustainable life by purchasing, sharing photos of, and destigmatizing "peculiar produce" to reduce global food waste 🥑
