I bring more than 20 years of experience as a technology consultant and strategist in the software industry.

My education as a BS in technical management, an MBA in IT management, a certified effective facilitator, and reliability leader certifications also assist me in bringing finesse to a cluttered and chaotic world.

I spend my day assisting each customer with the goal of finding quick wins and long-term gains while ensuring both processes and systems work better together.

While my career has been focused primarily on configuration management as it applies to facility, asset, and document management; it is my passion to help teams work better together that gets me the results my customers need.

I truly believe that I am able to bring success to my customers because I leverage effective change management and advanced problem-solving skills in a way that provides a great experience.

When I'm not working my day job or chasing the 2 Shih Tzu pups, I am a mother of 4 adult children, a business chaplain, a speaker, and an author of 4 books. I also dabble in marketing, web design, and hosting for not-for-profit organizations.

In all the work I do, I believe in encouraging others towards finding and leaning into their unique strengths in order to own their purpose in life.
