I picked up a new client last week to test drive writing show notes for their podcast.
But, lucky me, my experience with CRMs and email marketing systems met their immediate need for help on another project.
This wasn't an area that I had been focusing on in terms of client growth, but it's a skill set I've continued to hold onto and offer. It is a great lesson to me that, although I am more focused on writing, I've developed 15+ years of skills that continue to have value - even when I think I've moved past them.
