I have led a cross-regional, cross-functional, diverse team of over 20 people brought together to improve engineering outcomes at the VP level. These efforts led to the creation and distribution of technical workshops focused on architecture, distributed systems, and observability concepts and analytics. The workshops have been provided to over 400 team members and have benefited engineering teams of all levels, from beginners starting their career at Target all the way up to (and including) the CIO of the company. All of these workshops have proven effective, with Net Promoter Scores above 50, and significantly positive lift in learning (20% and above).
