It's been four years since we launched Transistor!

I sat down and tried to write down my memories of building and launching that initial version with Jon. I also reflect on everything that's happened since that launch (it's changed our lives).

This story will be especially interesting to folks curious about how indie companies can start, launch, and compete against large incumbents. I think the podcasting industry needs more stories of successful, independent podcasters and companies.
