Professionally, I'm a writer, novelist, speaker, and mental health researcher, advocate, and activist. As a multidisciplinary writer & content creator, I'm passionate about exploring the intersection of science & storytelling.
As an athlete, I played varsity basketball for Stanford University from 2016-2020, earning a B.S. in Human Biology (brain, behaviour & mental health), a minor in Creative Writing, and a Notation in Science Communication. I also represented Canada on our National Team as a teenager.
