I am interested in applying technology to make hiring more efficient, fair, and equitable.  I have worked in human resources and recruiting for over a decade, touching nearly every aspect of the people function including corporate recruiting, people analytics, people operations, and product management of HR systems. I have experience in technology and financial services, across global companies and startups. I currently work as a consultant helping startups scale recruiting and refine hiring processes.  I also work as a career advisor supporting experienced professionals pivoting careers. I am an advisor at Columbia Business School and Teachers College, Columbia University, and I coach 1-on-1.
