Ended great journey with Iconscout right after it got acquired by Malaysia and US-based motion graphics platform Lottifiles.
Throughout this time I learned a lot from people around at Iconscout and got my hands dirty on some of the work that I never did before to grow marketplace and content while connecting with designers around every corner of the world.
I got the responsibilities that helped me understand the end-to-end process while building a product/marketplace. I have learned being pushed into the fire is often the best way to grow and create impact.
I realized while making something new don't underestimate what can results can be achieved in long run than what can be done in one year or short time. keep doing and iterating whatever you are doing.
