Speaking Engagements

The next time around I was both over prepared, and underprepared. The facilitator's reality right? 

• The talk highlights some of the challenges facing participants and facilitators when aiming for engagement and building community.

• For fun, I captured the process of building the talk and the  outcome of the workshop on Miro using Grain. 

This was my first foray into speaking at a facilitators conference. I had fun, met amazing people, and learned to accept compliments. You can watch me slowly gain my speaking footing here.
