The feedback data consisted of the date of feedback, user rating between 1 to 5, and comments provided by users. The objective was to filter out data based on user ratings and comments and forward the details to the concerned team to resolve user issues. Responsibilities: Analyzed user feedback data and identified patterns, issues, and trends using Excel and Google Sheets. Filtered out data based on user ratings and comments to forward details to the concerned team for resolution. Worked on the project for 8 months at Vedantu Innovations Pvt Ltd. Used technical tools like Google Looker Studio BI tool, Pivot table lookup formulas, Basic SQL, and Basic Python to streamline data analysis and reporting. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of user issues and improve product experience. Presented periodic reports to senior management highlighting key insights and recommendations to improve user satisfaction. Key Achievements: Successfully streamlined the feedback analysis and reporting process, resulting in improved user satisfaction and reduced resolution time.
