1. Real estate sales data collected from data.ct.gov via API, stored in MongoDB in JSON format, and a database was created. 2. The irrelevant columns have been removed from the generated CSV dataframe and the skewness of the data has been observed and handled. 3. Multiple Linear Regression was implemented for this project and the accuracy that has been obtained from the model is 87%. 4. Key factors impacting real estate sales are location and assessed/market value of properties. Concentrating on prime locations and competitive pricing is crucial for boosting sales.
