My time at Facebook was spent working on internal-facing recruiting products. While I can't get into specifics, our products supported their global recruiting organisation across all aspects of the recruiting pipeline. We built an internal Applicant Tracking System, along with tools to support interviewing including an interview question bank, interviewer notes, and room scheduling. In 2019, Facebook hired over 18,000 new employees globally.
