Our new website https://wissensdialoge.de/ online. The editorial team includes 10 „knowledge workers“. We work in different fields in psychology at universities, high education institutions, in research institutes, enterprises, and organisations. Our work here often focuses on scientific progress and scientific publications; besides ensuring this progress, we also consider transferring knowledge between research and practice as being essential – both to enable research to target questions of practical importance and to help improve procedures in organisations. With this blog, we hope to contribute to these two latter fields.

From January 2011 on, we have been publishing one new contribution per week (on Tuesdays). Our main topics are personnel development, team & leadership, and organisational learning.
