I was super stoked, when I got the information, that I've been accepted to work in Greece. It was one of my dreams, to travel here, especially because of the Mama mia movie 😅

I joined the project called PMI. It was for a subsidiary brand called IQOS, which is a smokeless and smell-less product. 

My day to day duties were: 
- providing information about the product
- identify and troubleshoot any problems
- responding to emails within 24h time frame
- answering calls in a timely manner
- responding to live chat (using Sprinklr)
- using Excel (moved to LibreOffice) and record every replied email and making a weekly report of
every replied email
- providing international support
