Today, I decided to move from Twitch and go to Trovo.live

I've decided on the move, due to twitch being too big for any possible growth, without having any community behind you, while Trovo on the other hand because it is a small platform, there are much more options to grow within the community.

Excited to join the Microsoft project as Technical Support Specialist! 🎉

My daily duties are as follow:
- Assisting customers with Windows and Office activation
- Troubleshooting issues with Windows and Office
- Providing First call solution
- Redirecting customer to correct LOB
- Providing information based on customers inquiries related to User data, GDPR, Prices, How-To

Ended my journey as Customer Support Representative at the project PMI and moved on to a new one.

I was super stoked, when I got the information, that I've been accepted to work in Greece. It was one of my dreams, to travel here, especially because of the Mama mia movie 😅

I joined the project called PMI. It was for a subsidiary brand called IQOS, which is a smokeless and smell-less product. 

My day to day duties were: 
- providing information about the product
- identify and troubleshoot any problems
- responding to emails within 24h time frame
- answering calls in a timely manner
- responding to live chat (using Sprinklr)
- using Excel (moved to LibreOffice) and record every replied email and making a weekly report of
every replied email
- providing international support
