I led the product strategy during COVID, which included product market fit expansion, feature, growth & scaling work, as we expanded from consumer marketplace to B2B2C capturing 1/3 of the UK leisure centre market, and more internationally. As an example, my team improved customer signup % by 4x and our first workout within 7 days % by 2x, lifting 90-day retention by 50%, driving leisure centre satisfaction, and consequently ARR growth.
