Invested in Freetrade
Invested in a Crowdfunding Round
It's so amazing to be taking a walk in the peak district with a friend. We took a break for a few minutes when I received a notification on my phone that a crowdfunding round for Freetrade had gone live.

Climbing hills, adventuring with friends, and because of technology, at 11am, I was able to just sit on a rock to invest in a company called Freetrade. They're an amazing company that I'm super passionate about and you should consider checking it out.

Started studying at Staffordshire University
Starting my studies for the exciting course, bespoke to Staffordshire University itself, Games PR and Community Management BA (Hons). 

Upon graduating from this course, my ambition is to lead a community management team for a games studio; streamlining feedback to the developers and relaying their viewpoints back to the fanbase. I genuinely believe that companies humanising their response are positively impactful. 

I’m looking forward to this course to explore crisis community management, which is currently relevant for Cyberpunk 2077, as they regain the support of their player base. To conclude, I wish to pursue a community management career and believe that my participation would be a beneficial asset to the games industry.

Service Desk Analyst for Cloud Services - Service Operations

Supporting customers as an end to end Cloud Solutions Provider for AWS & Azure. Working in time-sensitive scenarios to adhere to tight Service Level Agreements. Sharing knowledge and addressing improvement with leadership confidently as the Cloud Subject Matter Expert or within the Service Desk Forum. Collaborating in the creation of documentation and active teamwork within the day to day operations.

Communicating with clarity in a time-sensitive environment. Regularly working under pressure for major incidents whilst facilitating communication to the customer and relevant ITIL internal parties throughout CDW. Having the ability to share knowledge and procedures with others comfortably to meet the needs of the business while at CDW; confidently speaking to Product Managers, Service Delivery and exceeding expectations of the customers.
