The Role:
- Identify operational issues and concerns and develop turnkey solutions for them
- Support our customer success efforts, both through implementing automated systems and process improvements
- Test, maintain, optimize, and improve on existing automations and workflows
- Document and organize internal knowledge bases for ease of access and use
- Develop reports and dashboards to stay ahead of potential problems and recommend proactive solutions
- Regularly review data on previously implemented systems to ensure new strategies are not repeating old mistakes
