I run a coaching business, Beam Career Coaching, helping job seekers and the occasional talent team with all things related to hiring, branding and career development. I’m also the host of the Career Catharsis podcast, interviewing experts in the fields of Workplace Wellness and Career Transformation.
On the side, I’m launching two initiatives; a charity called Cheer Circle to help people source the best coach or wellness practitioner to cheer them through life, and sawwa.global, a professional community for women of the growing South Asian diaspora.
