Every year I run this campaign, I feel so empowered to be surrounded by incredible women. The #IAmAFutureMaker campaign aligns with International Women in Engineering Day and aims to raise the profile of women in engineering and focuses attention on the multitude of career opportunities available within engineering industries. I also love doing this because it showcases the diversity not only in careers, but in interests, routes, backgrounds, and more! 🙌🏼
