Spoke about mental health
Supporting Time to Talk Day, a day when everyone is encouraged to have a conversation about mental health.

Myself and Wellbeing Champion, Robin Edwards, have got together and ran a day to help raise awareness to try and combat the stigma over Mental Health, posting awareness posters all over the depot and crafted game card chatters to place in the canteen.

I also come up with the idea of a 'Time to Talk' box, enabling us to write down how we are feeling, and post the form in the box - this is confidential and read only by the Mental Health First Aiders. It's a very simple form, and a good start if you are apprehensive about approaching anyone in person first. We have also provided information on how to help other colleagues, and where you can go if you need support.

1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem and 9 in 10 say they have faced negative treatment from others as a result. By choosing to be open about mental health, we are all part of a movement that’s changing the conversation around mental health and ensuring that no one is made to feel isolated or alone.
