Brought my ideas to life under the #IAmAFutureMaker campaign for IWD!
We have highlighted several women within several Siemens businesses and displayed there profiles at our site - it is very empowering to see everyone's achievements and the diversity that each of us brings.
We also had a competition for children, which allowed them to draw themselves as an engineer - the response was fantastic showing a variety of different engineer roles, and lots of imagination! The idea of this was to imagine themselves as an engineer, and give them awareness to the endless possibilities a career in engineering can give you!
