When not coaching I'm a first-time mother who plays video games, practices pilates on my reformer, greatly loves to go to the cinema (I miss you MoviePass), and binge-watches the same shows over and over. I also enjoy exploring and traveling with my husband, whom I met in 2012 on Instagram, and our recent edition - our daughter.

You should consider how valuable benefits are to you and how much they’d affect the minimum salary that you require from a new role. Drummond said, “Don’t hesitate to ask if they offer other things that might mean more to you when looking at an overall package, such as personal development funds, a sign-on bonus, the ability to assess salary after six months on the job rather than the traditional one year, more PTO [holiday] days, a gym stipend, the ability to work remotely or flexible work hours.”

📞 Tips to Help you Nail a Phone Interview

"Research as much as possible about the company, the role, and the person you’re meeting with,” says career coach Nicole Rae Drummond. She advises taking note of everything you find, from the location of the office to the company's mission statements. Having this information at your disposal will help you during the phone call, says Drummond. For instance, if the interviewer asks why you're interested in working for the company, you can bring up how you've noticed they have excellent employee reviews, or that you like that they're an eco-friendly workplace."
