My name is Nicole Tinson and I am an HBCU, Diversity and Inclusion and Civil Rights advocate. I have learned to transform my pain into power and have made it my life’s work to empower others along the way.

I'm the Founder + CEO of HBCU 20x20, a global diversity and inclusion company that connects HBCU students and alumni to jobs and internships and am excited to ensure more diverse talent utilize the Polywork platform to network with other professionals.

I'm from Los Angeles, CA but call the Nation's Capital, home.
