Designed 3D illustrations
First illustration of a hopefully long collaboration with Algolia! I worked there as a developer for 2.5 years, and now I'll be designing 3D illustrations for their blog posts. It's a huge milestone to me that I'm very proud of.

Follow me on Dribbble and Instagram to catch these as they come out!

Designed 3D illustrations
Finally started designing Sector 5 card illustrations! The Capsule that restores HP and a revisited Frag Grenade made out of nitroglycerin. 2 out of 33 illustrations, made with Blender 3D.

Took a step back
Turning 29 next week and already reached my 30s goal: move away from web development 🎉.

But maybe planning to make an indie mobile game was not a good idea, it'll put me in a bubble for 2 years (at least) and I know too well from my past experience how anxious and introvert long term projects turn me. I don't want to live like that anymore.

So I'll focus on getting better at 3D, making Sector 5 happen, and of course spend more quality time with people 👯.

Designed a Board Game
Finally reached a milestone in the design of Sector 5, a tabletop RPG simplified by introducing cards! The printable version will come soon and will remain free forever.

High five to the younger me who loved playing custom RPGs at the local youth centre ✋.

Designed a logo
Illustrated with Affinity Designer
Dinodust logo and guides with Affinity Designer.

With this logo I wanted to tell a small story within a single frame, using the negative space: a meteor (top left round cut) falling upon dino, happening to look like a pterodactyl. Can you see it?
Keeping it abstract thanks to basic geometry turns out quite playful in the end, and makes it really easy to compose with text. I'm very happy with it, as the last time I made a logo dates back to 2013.

Started a new role at Dinodust
15 years of web development has left me empty, facing an inexorable conclusion: code expires, fast. But stories don’t, and time has come to tell mines.

Dinodust is an indie games studio and I can't wait to show you what I'm working on! Follow @dinodust_studio on Twitter and Instagram to know more.
