This week highlights
  1. Start the week learning the effective use of communication and cross-cultural knowledge as tools for resolving conflicts in work relationships. The use of empathy, curiosity, and questioning own biases when communicating in cross cultures
  2. A fresher look at Node Package Module (NPM), ES6 Modules, and syntax
  3. Refactored the book collection app built last week using the es6 module. You can check it out here: https://github.com/netman5/book-collection. Live link coming soon.
  4. A first dive at Webpack setup and configuration, Create a starter boilerplates template repo on GitHub for a project with webpack, Lighthouse, Stylelint, Eslint & hint. Highlights for the week.
1. Built a single app application (SPA) for a book collection using HTML, CSS, Sass, and JavaScript.

2. Had my first mentorship session with my mentees, discussed expectations for the program and career-wise.
3. Had two successive code reviews and passed on the first attempt
4. Learnt about diversity and its impact both negative and positive in work environments, the effect of power index that exists in different countries, and how it applies to communication in remote collaboration. 
5. Torns of meetings (Morning sessions, coding sessions & Standups meetings) as usual
6. Signup for my first dev event JSWORLD Africa, super excited, share if you're attending so we can connect.
7. A very long hour of pair programming solving DS & Algorithm whoops what a week.
