In May, I created a board called Curativity Theory for Personal Innovation on Miro. Today I added a new name to it. I renamed the project Career Curation.

The project aims to apply Curativity Theory to discuss Career Development. I started searching and receiving previous publications about career theory.

The Ecological Practice approach has its own definition of Development.

As Yrjo Engestrom said, "Ambitious interventions require an ambitious theory. At the core of any intervention is the question of development."

Now we have an ambitious theory, it is time to develop an interventionist methodology for Career Development.

This month I started writing the book. I have written 106 pages for the first draft in Chinese.
