Conducted a product research and wrote a white paper. The report summarized insights from public beta tests and my own radical tests. In order to response to the change of the market environment, I suggested several potential development directions.
In addition to practical study, I also adopted several theoretical concepts from Activity Theory, George Herbert Mead's Social Behaviorism, Ecological Psychology and Curativity Theory to discuss some deep issues such as host's motivations.
The by-product of the research is an Ecological - Activity Hybrid Approach for Interaction Design. It is part of the SET (Structural Engagement Theory) framework.
