Long story short - we have free SELF-HOSTED file and project management. You can collaborate on documents in real-time, plan projects, assign tasks, and smash those deadlines.

We would love to get some feedback, even if it's bad like 'this features sucks'. Everything that could make Cospace better and improve your experience is appreciated.
Our main focus is to make Cospace very flexible and easy to use because most of the time you're paying for complex features, you don't actually use.
Oh and I forgot to mention the most important thing about why we're building this product. 'Where is my data stored?'- should be an easy question to answer. We want to give people their privacy back, so they feel safe and don't worry about their data being seen/sold to 3rd parties.

Other than the privacy piece, what do you feel is the biggest reason someone would switch from another to your platform? Are you targeting those that don't have a tool perhaps?

As for now, we think privacy is the most significant thing someone would switch, but the second is cost and simplicity. It's for people who use many different tools, like keep files in iCloud, collaborate on documents in google docs and manage their projects in asana.
Cospace is a great opportunity to make work more simple, get rid of chaos and do everything in one place.
Yes. for now it's a self-hosted version, so you need your own server and domain to install it, but in the end, it's worth it because there's no long-term commitment, like subscription, etc and no one sees or sells your data. :)
I have used Cospace and found it very flexible and easy to use Dynamons World. Hopefully it will be used by many people and bring great utilities.
