Validation of service offered to private-equity investors

I am working on an idea (crowdfunding platform) that enable expert and non-expert investors to invest in start-ups in return of equity in it.
The service is offered in a different way compared to other crowdfunding platforms.

Key element:
The key to build this platform is to understand the mind-set of expert investors and what makes them willing to use this platform

Entails:
I will go with the volunteer through the idea, explain it in details, showing our proposed value to him/her as an investor.

Targeted volunteer:
You should have an experience of investing in a start-up, whether as a leading (expert) investor or limited partner investor, or you invested through one of crowdfunding platforms before.

Benefits:
You will be granted a free 20 stocks in this startup, if survey results said that we should continue on :)
