I'm researching an idea for a new product. It should help one find relevant contacts across all communication platforms and channels faster. Especially if it's someone you met quite a while ago at a conference or some other venue and your memories about that person are pretty sparse.
My guess is you've experienced this problem at least once. And if not, I'm even more curious about how you've managed to navigate around it.
