Hello, Poly fam! I am Madhurima Sappatti, a Freedom Soul Coach on a mission to make stress management fun! To do this, I have a community called the Stress Busters that I recently launched. We are trying out multiple activities that hype us up and increase our energy while naturally decreasing our stress!

While brainstorming today, I wondered if a movie club could be a great way to create time to relax and chill while watching the movie and while nerding out together! 

Some movies that we can watch will fall under studio ghibli and kung fu panda universe! Let me know if you are down for this!

I am a  Freedom Soul Coach (Burnout Coach who utilizes Spiritual techniques to carve the path to freedom) with an aim to guide changemakers to manage stress so that they don’t burnout.

And if they do find themselves in the bonds of Burnout, I guide them towards their version of freedom.

The intention, in the end, is to create a sustainable space that will help them grow, expand, and experience Freedom.

I bring together inner work, burnout, and spirituality to enable as many people as possible to follow their dreams and passions!
