Raising Traditional Search Fund in Mexico

Entrepreneurship doesn't necessarily mean build from scratch, that's what I plan.

I am excited to share with you a unique investment opportunity in a Traditional Search Fund based in Mexico. A Search Fund is an investment vehicle that aims to identify and acquire a promising small or medium-sized business (> US$1M EBITDA) with growth potential.

The goal is to identify an attractive acquisition target, acquire the business using a combination of equity and debt financing, and then grow the business to maximize returns.

Sartor is part of the first Search Fund Accelerator in Mexico, and it's open for limited investments from $15k and above. Benefits for Phase 1 investors include:

- 50% step up at acquisition

- Right of first refusal (opportunity, but no obligation, to invest in the acquisition)

- Access to dealflow and data

This communication is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any securities. Any investment in a search fund involves risks and should be made only after consultation with legal, financial, and other professional advisors. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and there can be no assurance of profitability or return on investment.
